As a leader on the Learning & Development team , you will have direct influence on the career trajectory and personal development of network operators at our clients; the training curriculums you develop and teach will guide their journey from traditional network engineers and architects to specialists of next-generation network automation.
Internal: As the Technical Leader, you will drive the vision, strategy and execution of all client training and enablement activities at Network to Code. Working in partnership with the Engagement Manager of Learning and Development, you will co-own the key objectives of this critical department including curriculum planning, content development, instructor staffing, and training delivery.
In this role, you will build upon our industry-leading network automation curriculum and evolve it to the next level, including cutting-edge innovations developed internally at Network to Code. Enablement services include robust programs built for Enterprise clients that include training, knowledge shares, labs, and general coaching session in addition to supporting one-off training courses delivered within a private or public setting.
