Network to Code bridges the gap between DevOps and Network Engineering. We are a pioneer in the network automation industry. A Senior Sales Engineer is a critical technical sales position within Network to Code. You will establish and grow personal relationships with the staff at our largest Enterprise clients. Sales Engineers bring a mix of deep technical expertise and practical people skills; they have an ability to clearly explain the business value of our solutions offerings with a compelling and trusted message.

While teamed with sales account managers, the individuals in this role will navigate large and complex Enterprises in order to understand their business and to identify teams and use-cases in which network automation can provide significant value. This is an ideal role for a candidate with a strong technical sales IQ that is looking to take the next step in their career.



  • As a valued member of the sales team, you will lead customer meetings with the account managers to deepen customer relationships and to gather project requirements
  • Own, maintain and grow relationships with key technical stakeholders at top accounts
  • Create and deliver compelling customer-facing presentations of high-level solutions
  • Design and build customer demonstrations in the NTC Network Automation Lab environment
  • Perform interactive demonstrations of network automation solutions to sales prospects
  • Craft customer solution proposals and Statements of Work, with inputs from the professional services team
  • Articulate Network to Code’s message and common network automation use cases
  • Advocate for customer feedback and work with engineering to identify new opportunities

  • Desire to understand the business outcomes and value that network automation solutions offer
  • A collaborative, team approach, working across all business units
  • Flexibility to participate in both remote and in person sales meetings 


  • Prior experience in the areas of IP networking, network automation, and software devops
  • Knowledgeable in selling consulting, managed services, and professional services
  • 7+ years in enterprise sales or sales engineering
  • Strong relationship, presentation, and selling skills
  • Must be highly motivated, self-starter, and have excellent organizational skills
