Sales Operations Administrator

Impact of this role:
The Sales Operations Administrator will be accountable for a broad level of responsibilities including working within the company’s CRM systems, maintaining confidential and sensitive records, creating reports and presentations, and other duties as assigned. This candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated. He/she will collaborate/coordinate with the finance team and must have strong written/verbal communication skills, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and ability to deliver accurate results while managing deadlines effectively. This role reports to the Head of Finance with a dotted line to VP of Sales and Marketing.
A day in the life:
- Coordinate documentation and communications of received orders between sales, finance and operations teams
- Complete Customer on-boarding documentation
- Coordinate the preparation and execution of agreements with customers, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs) and other legal documents required for the contracting and delivery of services
- CRM System Tasks such as customer data entry and opportunity tagging to ensure accurate and timely information
- Prepare Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Presentations and Reports
- Work cross-functionally to ensure all standard documentation templates remain up to date
- Work with operations for the timely processes of customer invoices
- Assist Controller with follow up for timely payments
- Other duties and responsibilities as required

- Awareness and compliance of company policies and procedures, and follow established processes
- Ability to plan and operate with minimum supervision and work independently
What you have:
- 2-6 years of prior experience required
- Must possess strong organizational skills
- Ability to work remotely
- Must be Microsoft Office or Google Apps proficient (advanced Excel skills or Google Sheets knowledge)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Work independently and manage time, multi-task and problem solving skills required
- Must meet and/or exceed deadlines
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to a quickly changing environment
