Impact of this role:

A Global Account Manager plays the critical role in driving our consulting, professional, and enablement services revenue for the company.  This is a global sales position that is responsible for contacting potential clients to promote Network to Code’s service offerings, with a focus on leading meetings with our pitch/story.  We are looking for candidates that excel at building enterprise customer relationships and have the technical proficiency to qualify opportunities and validate use cases. Through your years as a Global Account Manager, it is expected you can develop new opportunities, grow existing accounts,  manage initial meetings to validate the opportunity, and gather requirements. You should feel comfortable working with clients and developing long term relationships.

Using a consultative sales approach, you will identify and develop a good understanding of the customer’s business needs and deliver an initial value proposition of Network to Code’s solutions and services to generate interest.  This is an ideal role for a candidate with a strong technical sales IQ that has already or is looking to take the next step in their career.

A day in the life:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from start to finish
  • Lead sales opening calls
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities with F1000 prospects
  • Using qualification criteria, thoroughly identify and prioritize potential customers and contacts to be prospected
  • Drive impactful change in Enterprise Accounts
  • Own and drive pre and post-sale client relationships
  • Work with NTC internal engineering to understand the solutions we bring to market
  • Articulate Network to Code’s message and common network automation use cases
  • Advocate for customer feedback and work with engineering to identify new opportunities
  • Create and facilitate communication with strategic channel partners
  • Maintain accurate and appropriate client records in CRM

What you have:

  • Experienced in selling consulting and professional services
  • Knowledgeable in the areas of Networking, Automation, and DevOps is a strong +
  • 7+ years in enterprise sales or sales engineering
  • Strong relationship and selling skills
  • Must be highly motivated, self-starter, and have excellent organizational skills
