The Director of Managed Services will lead a NEW organization that is focused on delivering world-class Support, Managed, and Cloud Services (“Managed Services”). The Director is a senior leader who builds and guides high performing teams to deliver and support new services offerings. They will lead the launch and release of the NTC Managed & Cloud offering while enhancing NTC Open Source Product Support. The Director will ultimately own the Managed & Cloud delivery strategy working closely with internal stakeholders, leaders, and customers to ensure the right services are created for a product-market fit that will change the way network automation is consumed across the industry. As NTC is a global organization, the Director will be responsible for ensuring NTC has the proper certifications required to offer Managed Services to customers around the world with respect to governance, compliance, data privacy, etc. The Director will manage the overall budget while establishing and track key metrics to make sure NTC has a profitable Managed Services practice. This position will report directly into the VP of Professional Services.
