Impact of this role:

Reporting to the SVP of Services, this individual will be recognized as a leader within services delivery and will help shape and manage key pieces of the business operations.  This will be an individual contributor role but will have matrixed leadership over different individuals or groups within the organization. The Director of Business Operations will drive the forecast process regarding revenue and resource demands.  This individual will also drive transformation objectives that match to organizational or department goals.  Finally, the Director of Business Operations will provide data intelligence and analytics which will help drive action within services to be able to improve customer experience and drive scale for the company. This position will continue to grow from a team and role position status.

A day in the life:

  • Manage the forecast process for revenue
  • Act as the key leader regarding resource management which essentially drives placement and tracking of resources against programs.
  • On behalf of the SVP, the Director will drive action plans; account plans and other key initiatives to improve effectiveness of the teams.
  • Provide data intelligence via dashboards and reports to help key stakeholders to make decisions.
  • Eventually this individual will be leading the team responsible for business operations.

What you have:

  • 3 – 5 years in a leadership role with proven success accomplishing business results
  • Proficient in Google Sheets; Slides and Docs as well as Office products as well
  • Understanding of BI platforms like Grafana; Microsoft BI etc.
  • Understanding of the Resource Management Office; Financial forecasting; etc.
