Network to Code bridges the gap between DevOps and Network Engineering. We are a pioneer in the network automation industry. We offer a variety of professional and consulting services as well as training on Network Automation, DevOps for Networking, and how the network can be operated with an Infrastructure as Code mindset. Our services and solutions enable clients to better serve their business and the needs of their customers.


A Business Development Representative (BDR) will play an important role at Network to Code by generating qualified leads for our sales team.  This position will be responsible for developing target customer lists, contacting potential clients to promote Network to Code’s service offerings, and logging a minimum of 75 touches per day.  We are looking for candidates that are self motivated and do not get discouraged when faced with rejection. Through your years as a Business Development Representative, it is expected you can build target lists by vertical, properly log prospect touches in Pipedrive (CRM), and secure 12 qualified leads per quarter.   You should feel comfortable cold calling, cold emailing, and finding creative ways to interact with prospective clients.


  • Work with the VP of Sales to identify and build lists of  proper verticals, prospect personas, and target customers by employee size.
  • Work closely with the marketing team regarding messaging and campaigns that can be repurposed for prospecting.
  • Consume the Network to Code message and prepare creative ways to secure meetings for the sales team
  • Reach out to 75-100 prospects per day.  All calls to be logged in Pipedrive
  • Using qualification criteria, secure 12 sale qualified leads per quarter.
  • Drive impactful change in Enterprise Accounts by securing qualified leads

  • Experienced in a Business Development role
  • 1+ years in enterprise sales or sales engineering
  • Strong communication and selling skills
  • Must be highly motivated, self-starter, and have excellent organizational skills
